5. Payments

All invoices must be paid in full as per the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees.
We accept payments in multiple currencies across Africa, including but not limited to ZAR (South African Rand), MWK (Malawi Kwacha), USD (United States Dollar), and other regionally supported currencies.
Pricing may be quoted in ZAR, MWK, or USD depending on the region and service type.
Exchange rate differences or conversion fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted if specified in a written service agreement or in cases where the Company fails to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal fault. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel services with 7 days’ notice. Long Haul Technologies reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use third-party platforms or links as part of our service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of third-party websites or tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

Long Haul Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss, downtime, or financial loss.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Long Haul Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

11. Data Protection

We follow strong data protection measures. All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and Malawi. Disputes shall be settled through arbitration in the applicable region of operation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
